PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Standard handling takes 1–2 business days before your order is scanned into the carrier network.

TRACKING
Every shipment is tracked end-to-end. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is generated. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start showing scans after the package is picked up.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees set by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not collected by ALCS at checkout.

WRONG ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment (additional postage may apply).

LOST OR DAMAGED
If a tracked shipment is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.

STRAIGHT UP. NO TRICKS.
If your order isn’t right, you have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to start a return. We’ll refund the full purchase price to the original payment method.
To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. That’s it — no hidden conditions, no restocking fees, no questions asked.
Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the package back at the warehouse.

GET RMA
We’ll email you back within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with an RMA number and the return address. Don’t ship without one.
/ 03 — SHIP
SEND IT BACK
Pack the item with tags attached, include the RMA inside, and ship via any tracked service. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
/ 04 — REFUND
MONEY BACK
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

REFUND METHOD
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take 5–10 additional business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This way you lock in your size while it’s still in stock.

DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll cover the return shipping and either replace the item or refund you in full.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error. We strongly recommend using a tracked service — we can’t refund returns we never receive.

PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please include your order number with every return so we can match the package to your account on arrival. Returns without an order number can delay your refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers follow the same 30-day window. You’re responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes paid at import — these are levied by your country’s customs authority and can’t be refunded by us.
