ORDERS & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged at the moment your order is placed. If we ever can’t fulfill an order, we issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Reach out to [email protected] as fast as you can — ideally within 2 hours of placing the order. Once it’s been pulled and packed, it ships. After that, the move is to return it under our 30-day policy.
I never got an order confirmation. What now?
First, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from [email protected]. If it’s not there, email us with the name and address you used and we’ll resend the confirmation.
Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes — new subscribers get 20% off their first order. We also run drops with code-locked deals, plus seasonal sales. Sign up to the newsletter to be first in line.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does delivery take?
Standard tracked delivery is 8–10 business days for orders shipping inside the U.S. and to international destinations alike. Add 1–2 business days of handling before the package leaves our Canadian warehouse.
Where do you ship from?
Every order ships from our fulfillment warehouse in Canada. We don’t dropship — your order is packed and inspected by the ALCS team before it leaves.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country’s customs authority. Those are the buyer’s responsibility and aren’t collected at our checkout.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every single order — U.S. and international alike. No minimum spend, no thresholds, no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
How do I track my order?
Once your label is generated you’ll get a tracking number by email. It can take up to 24 hours for the first carrier scan to show. If 48 hours pass without updates, hit us up.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item that’s unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll send back an RMA number and the return address within 24 hours.
Do you cover return shipping?
Return shipping is covered by the customer for size changes or change-of-mind returns. If your order arrived damaged, defective, or was sent in error, we cover return shipping in full.
Can I exchange for a different size?
The fastest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or color you want. That way you lock it in while stock lasts.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your card issuer, the funds can take an additional 5–10 business days to show on your statement.

How does ALCS sizing run?
Most of our pieces run true to size with a slightly relaxed streetwear fit. Each product page has a size chart with measurements — if you’re between sizes, size up for a more oversized fit.
Are your products authentic?
Every piece is designed and produced by the ALCS team under Desto Dubb. We don’t sell through third-party resellers, so anything ordered from awfullottacoughsyrup.com is 100% authentic.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Drops are intentionally limited — once a piece sells out, it usually doesn’t come back. Some classics get restocked when there’s high demand. Sign up to the newsletter for restock alerts.
How do I care for my ALCS pieces?
Turn garments inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle, and tumble dry low or hang to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat — they break down screen prints and embroidery over time.

Do I need an account to order?
No — we support guest checkout. Creating an account makes future orders faster and gives you access to your order history, saved addresses, and wishlist.
Is my personal data safe?
All checkout transactions run through SSL-encrypted payment processors. We never see or store your full card details on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Hit the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter, or email [email protected] and we’ll remove you within 24 hours.
