EVERY DETAIL THAT TELLS THE TRUTH
Counterfeits fail on the small stuff — the weight of the fleece, the angle of the chenille patch, the font on the neck label. Our team is trained on every spec sheet Desto Dubb signs off on, and we check the following points on every order before it leaves the warehouse.

NECK & WASH LABELS
Font weight, stitch tension, label placement and care-symbol order all checked against the current A.L.C.S. master spec sheet. One off-center stitch and the piece gets pulled.

SCREEN PRINT & EMBROIDERY
Ink density, print registration, hand-feel and edge crispness on every print. For chenille and tackle-twill, we verify thread color, layer order and backing material.

FABRIC & WEIGHT
Cotton blend, fleece weight (gsm), brushed finish and stretch checked against production samples. A 320 gsm hoodie that comes in at 280 is not going out the door.

STITCHING & SEAMS
Stitch count per inch, seam straightness, cuff and hem finish, double-needle hems where specced. Loose threads, skipped stitches and puckering all get the piece pulled.

Drawcord tips, zipper teeth, snap finish and tag holes — every metal or plastic component matched to the approved hardware list for that drop.
